The Fateful Hour
The Poughkeepsie Riverfront Partnership, in collaboration with Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum and Poughkeepsie Public Arts Commission, is thrilled to announce the debut production of The Fateful Hour, a thrilling recreation of the role Poughkeepsie played in the ratification of the United States Constitution and the creation of the Bill of Rights. Too few people know the pivotal role our hometown played!
The Fateful Hour, written by Judge Al Rosenblatt, directed by Roger H. Simon, with a professional cast of local actors, will have its debut performance on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, from 5 p.m.-6:30 p.m. at Upper Landing Park on the Poughkeepsie Riverfront.
The performance is free and open to the public.
